Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems is seeking an HR Generalist to join our HR team. This role supports employee records, onboarding, leave management, and HR operations across the organization.

You will handle requests, maintain HR forms, assist with trainings, and contribute to employee engagement while upholding confidentiality and privacy. Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years preferred; strong communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 1–3 years in HR, admin, or related role.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and workplace policies.
• Experience with onboarding, employee records, or HR service requests is a plus.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential employee records in HR systems and files.
• Process changes: hires, transfers, promotions, changes, separations.
• Prepare HR reports and assist audits.
• Maintain HR forms, org charts, SOPs, and employee resources.
• Support HR training and attendance tracking.
• Assist leave management processes.
• Support HR projects and provide admin support.
• Recruiting support as needed.
