Meridell Achievement Center, a 134-bed psychiatric residential facility northwest of Austin, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support hourly and salaried staff. The role focuses on effective administration across all facility functions, onboarding, training, and maintaining employee data under the HR Director's guidance.

Responsibilities include coordinating online training, handling hiring and firing processes, and ensuring timely notifications and recertifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years experience required, 5–8 years preferred.
• One year of clinical experience in RTC setting.
• One year of group facilitation experience.
• Knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques and understanding of mental illness, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support hourly and salaried staff across all facility functions.
• Coordinate required classes and administer online training.
• Assist HR Director with hiring, firing, training and education procedures.
• Track and maintain all employee data.
