Job summary

Meridell Achievement Center, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an HR Coordinator to support hourly and salaried staff with effective administration and communication across all facility functions.

You will coordinate required classes, administer online training, and assist the HR Director in achieving organizational goals. You will handle hiring, firing, training, and education procedures, and track employee data daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years experience required, 5-8 years preferred.
• One year of clinical experience in RTC setting
• One year of group facilitation experience
• Knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques and understanding of mental illness, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR training programs and online courses for all employees across the facility.
• Assist HR Director with hiring, onboarding, and employee relations tasks.
• Maintain and secure employee data and HR records.
• Support compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements across the facility.
