Work closely with the HR Manager, maintain employee records, assist with recruitment, training, and compliance with US labor laws.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR generalist or admin experience.
• Experience with HR software such as Workday or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Understanding of US employment laws.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades
