Qualificações

• 4 years of LMS Administration
• Experience in training facilitation and scalability
• Willingness to own new responsibilities and drive process improvements

Responsabilidades

• Forecast and model business-relevant metrics related to HR operations
• Incorporate Texas field realities into planning discussions
• Apply sourcing expertise to inform decisions
• Lead cadence of Decision Making reporting to enable action
• Prepare data for QBR discussions and accountability
• Link succession planning activities to strategic goals
• Collaborate across teams to align Austin TX P&L with company objectives
