Job summary

The Nagler Group in Windsor, CT is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations on-site. This hands-on role emphasizes benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance in a growing organization.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of benefits and employment laws, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. SHRM-CP and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience considered.
• At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Strong understanding of benefits, LOA, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• HRIS and Microsoft Office experience.
• SHRM-CP and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Background check and drug screen required.

HR Generalist | $65K–$70K+ (Direct Hire)

Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, on-site in Windsor, CT
