The candidate should have five years in HR, familiarity with employment laws, and strong communication; NH driver’s license is required; bilingual skills are highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in human resources; experience in education/recruiting preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws & regulations required.
• SHRM or PHR certification desired; NH Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, interview, and hire qualified applicants; collaborate with managers to identify needed skills.
• Provide coaching to leaders on processes to remain compliant with laws and regulations.
• Conduct onboarding and new-hire orientations; perform HRIS data entry and audits for accuracy.
• Participate in employee relations matters and investigations; maintain employment-law compliance.
