Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; equivalent experience.
• Experience in HR management, employee relations, recruitment and benefits administration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee benefits administration, including open enrollment and inquiries.
• Coordinate employee relations activities per policies and laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records including attendance and evaluations.
• Assist with HR policies, procedures and programs aligned with company goals.
• Provide HR support to managers and staff in a timely, professional manner.
