Willow South Partners in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an HR Generalist to shape human resources strategy and maintain a positive work environment. This full-time role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.

You will manage performance reviews, coordinate training programs, maintain records, and support managers across marketing, sales, and operations in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a financial services company.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as BambooHR or Workday.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
• Coordinate benefits administration and enrollment for employees.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and surveys to gather feedback.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide general HR support to managers and employees, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Support the company's efforts in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
