Job summary
PATH, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and leave processes for its Philadelphia division. The role serves as the HR point of contact and drives the candidate experience through the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; 1+ year HR experience.
- Experience with HRIS/ADP and full-cycle leaves of absence.
- Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle; proficient with MS Office and Zoom.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding for PATH divisions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create ADP requisitions and job ads.
- Source candidates via online job boards, social media, and job fairs.
- Manage FMLA/LOA/MLOA processes and keep records confidential under HIPAA.
