Job summary

Lifeworks Services Inc in Richfield, MN is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to lead full-cycle recruiting and administer employee leave programs. The role partners with hiring managers to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates; maintains recruiting data and metrics; and hands accepted offers to the HR Assistant for pre-employment processing and onboarding.

This is a full-time position with 40 hours/week, 20% in-person.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or HR Generalist experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination will be considered.
• Experience administering employee leave programs (FMLA, Minnesota Paid Leave) and knowledge of related laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions from requisition to accepted offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and route positions for approval.
• Post and maintain openings with pay range and benefits information; source candidates via job boards and events.
• Extend offers within approved pay bands and coordinate onboarding handoffs.
• Track applicants, maintain recruiting metrics, and support turnover analysis and onboarding procedures.
