Job summary

Lifeworks Services, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to lead full-cycle recruiting and administer employee leave programs. You’ll partner with hiring managers to attract, screen, and select candidates, manage data and onboarding, and oversee FMLA and Minnesota Paid Leave.

You’ll respond to unemployment claims and help strengthen retention through turnover analysis. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 40 hours/week, in Richfield, MN, and a compensation range of

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting or HR Generalist experience including full-cycle recruiting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred.
Experience with HRIS/ATS (Paylocity a plus) and state/federal employment laws preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions from requisition to accepted offer.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and route positions for approval.
Post and maintain openings in Paylocity and external boards with pay and benefits information.
Source candidates via job boards, community partners, and events; represent Lifeworks at events.
Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews; extend offers within approved pay bands.
