Community Council Health Systems is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage compliance with FMLA, unemployment, and workers’ compensation, and to lead benefits administration, employee relations, and staff development. You’ll partner with the HR Director to boost engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture in Philadelphia.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3 years of HR generalist experience with strong interpersonal and communication

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as HR Generalist with focus on retention, engagement and employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR tools like Paycheck, Credible, DocuSign, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and Unemployment laws with accurate documentation and records.
• Process benefits administration and conduct quarterly audits of enrollment rosters.
• Assist staff and managers in conflict resolutions, coaching, and feedback to improve retention.
• Support management with development of disciplinary actions.
• Oversee Staff Learning & Development and collaborate with managers on training paths.
• Promote inclusion and belonging through HR programs and employee experience initiatives.
• Coordinate enhancements of HR services including HRIS, broker relationships, and HR administration.
• Develop and maintain exit interview processes and reporting for retention improvements.
