Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS, onboarding, benefits administration, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Conduct new-hire orientation and onboarding for a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data integrity.
