Corle Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support full employee lifecycle on-site in Imler, PA. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

You will partner with managers to drive organizational development and maintain accurate HR records. The position requires a 2-year degree or higher, 5+ years HR experience, and a strong focus on confidentiality and employee

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS, onboarding, benefits administration, and reporting.

In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will help foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.This position will require the qualified candidate to work on site, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch. There is no option for this to be remote. **What You'll Do:*** Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers* Conduct new-hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience* Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity* Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans* Handle employee relation matters with professionalism and confidentiality* Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and open enrollment* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, Child Labor Act, etc.)* Partner with managers on coaching, policy interpretation, and organizational development initiatives* Manage, report and audit unemployment claims* Coordinate the preparation and submission of required government and regulatory reports, including ACA and other employment-related filings.* Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership as needed* Administer drug tests**What You'll Need:*** Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred* 5+ years of progressive HR experience* Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices* Demonstrated experience in employee relations, benefits administration, HR compliance, onboarding, and HRIS administration* Experience with employment-related reporting and applicable federal and state employment regulations preferred* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills* High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information**Strongly Preferred*** 1–2 years of hands-on HRIS administration experience with Paycom* 1–2 years of employee benefits administration experience* Experience on a lean, fast-moving People or operations team where you wear many hats* HR certification (aPHR or SHRM-CP)**Benefits:*** Collaborative, inclusive culture with opportunities for growth* Competitive wages - pay based on experience* 100% Company Paid Employee Medical Coverage* Family Medical Coverage options available* Vision, Dental, Supplemental Coverages* Paid vacation and holidays* 401K Plan with up to 4% Company Match* Employee referral program
