Job summary

Corle Building Systems, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to HR administration. This on-site role offers a structured schedule and a collaborative, compliant workplace environment.

On-site Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience and a degree in HR or related field, plus strong knowledge of employment laws and HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Solid knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR data reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Conduct new-hire orientation and onboarding for a smooth start.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity.
• Support performance management cycles and development plans.
• Handle employee relations with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and open enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Prepare and audit unemployment claims and regulatory reports.
