• Handles onboarding and 1-9 verification
• Prepares personnel action forms
• Enters new hires, promotions, demotions, salary changes into AZ360
• Manages benefits and leave processes
• Reviews FMLA requests and workers' compensation
• Prepares disciplinary action letters and performance improvement plans
• Attends meetings and trainings relevant to area of assignment
