One year of experience in HR or any combination of work experience/education that meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position
This position requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver's license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.11).
Current Negative Tb skin test (Mantoux skin test) within the last 6 months or a written statement from a physician, physician’s assistant or a registered nurse practitioner indicating freedom from tuberculosis, if in the past has had a positive skin test or tuberculosis. Must be able to obtain and retain a valid Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
All newly hired State employees are subject to and must successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify).
Positions in this classification participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS).
