A leading drywall contractor in Wichita is seeking an HR Generalist to enhance HR support for its growing multi-state construction operations. This role will encompass employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with 3+ years of experience, and be knowledgeable about HR laws. Qualifications
3+ years of relevant HR experience required.
Experience supporting construction or field-based workforces preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in HR matters.
Responsibilities
Support employee life-cycle including onboarding and terminations.
Aid in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
Track and administer leave programs per laws and regulations.
Provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies.
