Job summary

Texas Family Care Network is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee performance, relations, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, leave of absence, and other HR functions across the organization in Texas. You will handle routine employee relations questions, investigations, payroll support, and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3 years of HR experience with employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Three years of HR experience with employee relations responsibilities.
• Ability to travel locally and nationally by air.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support/ service delivery in HR operations.
• Handle employee relations questions and concerns related to HR policies and performance evaluations.
• Investigate problems and advise on resolution; notify leadership as needed.
• Support payroll processes for new hires, terminations, and timekeeping issues.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, leave management, and unemployment compensation processes.
• Contribute to training and development for program leadership on HR topics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports as required.
