The role supports payroll processing, Workday transactions, self-service workflows, and data integrity across community operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR, strong communication skills, and knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional-level experience in human resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• HR knowledge of policies and procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance on recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations and compliance.
• Assist payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support onboarding with orientation sessions and paperwork coordination.
• Manage employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Coordinate with departments to address HR challenges and ensure data integrity.
