Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. is seeking an Human Resources Manager to lead onboarding, compliance, retention, employee relations, and policy enforcement across our communities.

The role drives workforce initiatives in payroll, performance management, and training to support a high-performing team. The position partners with campus leaders to plan budget and talent strategies, improves HR processes, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human resources, including a mix of entry- and mid-level roles.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Engage in financial planning with business leaders, including budgeting and planning processes.
• Ensure HR function operates efficiently and with excellence, including payroll, Workday, self-service, recruitment, etc.
• Reduce employee relations issues by cultivating a positive work environment and engaging leaders.
• Prepare and guide campus leaders and employees through change and communicate initiatives.
