Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance at our Hershey, PA location. You will partner with leaders to drive talent initiatives and ensure fair people practices.

Responsibilities include handling casework, investigations, onboarding, and workforce planning for hourly and salaried employees. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field is preferred, with PHR/SHRM certification desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• PHR and/or SHRM certification preferred.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, policy interpretation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations casework with documentation and escalation.
• Conduct investigations and recommend actions per policies.
• Lead onboarding and support talent development for hourly and salaried staff.
• Guide managers on performance management and policy interpretation.
• Support compliance programs including FMLA, ADA, FLSA.
