Job summary

The Hershey Company is looking for an Analyst in HR Data & Organizational Design based in Hershey, PA. This role is responsible for high-quality HR data management, driving data-informed decisions through advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate will lead organizational design processes and improve data integrity and insights while supporting automation initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and experience with HRIS platforms are necessary for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors and OrgVue.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability (Excel, BI tools).
• Experience managing organizational design or workforce planning processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong Continuous Improvement Mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own complex HR data management and resolution of data issues.
• Lead end‑to‑end organization design and restructuring activities.
• Develop, automate, and deliver dashboards and reports.
• Enable and promote HR data self‑service.
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives.
