Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Member in good standing of a state bar.
• Licensed, or capable of obtaining the necessary license, to practice law as in-house counsel in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice across all areas of employment and labor law.
• Advise on terminations, discipline, restructures, reductions in force, and DEI initiatives.
• Counsel on bargaining strategies and union-related matters.
• Manage labor and employment litigation and investigations.
• Support compensation and benefits-related matters, including pay equity.
• Advise on international mobility and cross-border assignments.
