Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA, is seeking an HR Advisor to support day-to-day HR operations and deliver a positive employee experience. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with demonstrated success in employee relations, coaching, performance management, and project management.
• Strong consulting, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience partnering with leaders to drive positive business and people outcomes.
