Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees and managers
• Assist with investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace concerns
• Manage and track workers’ compensation claims, documentation, and communication
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support additional HR initiatives and administrative tasks as needed
