Job summary

• 2–5 years of HR experience with emphasis in Employee Relations and Leave Administration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; certification preferred.
• Knowledge of US Federal and State employment and benefit laws; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
• Assist with leave of absence processing and benefits communications.
• Provide guidance on policies and procedures; support performance management.
• Collaborate with HR teams on recruitment, engagement, benefits and wellness initiatives.
• Support unemployment claims and maintain accurate HR records.
