Job summary

Eckart is seeking an HR Generalist to provide human resources support and customer service to employees. You will manage day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, partnering with local leadership to foster a high-performance culture.

This on-site role in Corydon, KY requires 3–5 years in HR, a bachelor’s degree in business or HR, and proficiency with Paylocity and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or equivalent.
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Experience with HRIS Paylocity and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding with leadership.
• Support payroll, benefits and employee relations.
• Maintain HR data, ensure policy compliance and audits.
• Liaise between employees and management on HR issues.
