Job summary

Tuff Shed’s National Support Center in the South Denver area seeks an HR Generalist to administer HR functions including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, leave tracking, and records management. You will support onboarding, ESOP/401(k) audits, and HR reporting.

Must be able to work in-office with strong communication and confidentiality skills. Experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred, with multi-state employment law knowledge and HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations
• Broad knowledge of HR industry practices
• Proficiency with HRIS systems
• Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits and respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, attendance and HR policies
• Assist with leave requests in accordance with FMLA and company policies
• Assist with administration of 401(k) and ESOP plans including annual audits
• Document employee relations issues and assist with investigations and conflict resolution
• Maintain HR files and records in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate, track and administer Leadership Onboarding programs
• Provide back-up support to recruiting team regarding job postings and offers
• Support audits and HR initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
