The role supports employees, leaders, and business objectives across HR disciplines in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of HR experience plus 3+ years in Employee Relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Employee Relations experience including: investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, policy administration, leadership coaching.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations matters and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employee relations investigations and case management.
• Advise leaders on employee relations matters and corrective actions.
• Coach managers and leaders to improve performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure policy administration and compliance across the workforce.
