Priority Tire is seeking an HR Generalist – Employee Relations & Culture to join our growing Human Resources team. This role focuses on managing day-to-day employee relations, supporting culture initiatives, and providing consistent HR support across multiple warehouse locations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage minor employee relations cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct moderate workplace investigations as assigned by HR leadership.
• Maintain employee relations case logs and investigation documentation.
• Provide guidance to supervisors regarding company policies and employee concerns.
• Support corrective action processes and disciplinary documentation.
• Escalate complex employee relations matters when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
• Serve as frontline HR resource for warehouse leadership.
• Respond to manager and employee HR inquiries in a timely manner.
• Process termination documentation and ensure accuracy of separation paperwork.
• Maintain HR trackers, workflow documentation, and employee records.
• Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with HR audits and recordkeeping requirements.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Support employee retention initiatives and morale-building efforts.
• Track employee feedback and identify workplace trends.
• Assist with company culture initiatives across all locations.
• Partner with leadership to improve the overall employee experience.
• Manage company purchasing requests and HR-related expenses.
• Maintain departmental documentation and reporting.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
