Job summary

Salcomp Manufacturing USA is seeking an HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, talent development, HR operations, and compliance. This role partners with managers and employees to foster a positive workplace environment, address employee concerns, and support employee development initiatives.

You will ensure consistent application of HR policies, support workforce programs, manage onboarding and training, and maintain accurate HR data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in an HR generalist/HR operations role.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters and HR programs.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with employees and managers at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers on workplace questions and HR policies.
• Support employee relations activities including investigations and performance discussions.
• Partner with managers to address employee issues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support onboarding, compliance training, and professional development initiatives.
• Coordinate training schedules and track completion.
• Assist with performance management processes including goal setting and reviews.
• Support HR programs related to employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain records in HR systems.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation.
• Support leave administration and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams on workforce planning.
