Job summary

Salcomp Manufacturing USA in Arlington, TX is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, including scheduling, employee data management, and onboarding coordination.

The role also supports digitization of personnel records, HRIS maintenance, and cross-functional HR projects in a manufacturing environment. 1–3 years of HR experience and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in HR, business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• Familiarity with document management and digital filing systems.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Administration: manage calendars, prepare agendas, and track action items.
• Employee Records & Compliance: maintain records and protect confidentiality.
• Technical & Security Support: coordinate badge creation and timekeeping enrollment.
• Recruitment & Onboarding Support: assist with postings, scheduling, and new hire docs.
• General HR Support: answer HR policy questions and support projects.
