Salcomp Manufacturing USA Corp. is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions in a manufacturing setting. You will partner with managers and employees to address concerns, drive employee development, and ensure consistent application of HR policies.

The role emphasizes employee relations, compliance, onboarding, training, and program support across the organization, with opportunities to influence workforce initiatives and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and HR experience.
• 3+ years of HR experience in generalist or HR operations roles.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters and HR programs.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers regarding workplace questions and HR policies.
• Support employee relations activities including conflict resolution, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Partner with managers to address employee issues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support employee training and development programs including onboarding and compliance training.
• Coordinate training schedules, track completion, and maintain documentation.
• Assist with performance management processes including goal setting and reviews.
• Support HR programs related to engagement, recognition, and retention.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain employee records.
• Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems.
• Support leave administration and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams on workforce planning.
