Job summary

ibex is seeking an HR Generalist to support a client group at our customer contact center location in the United States. The role involves guiding management and staff on HR issues across the employee lifecycle, excluding recruiting.

You will partner with Recruiting, Training, and Operations to onboard new hires, administer HR policies, and facilitate orientation sessions, while also managing leave, safety, benefits, performance, and HRIS records.

Qualifications

• College degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
• Two years of experience in Human Resources focused on employee relations and administration of multiple HR disciplines; HR certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supports a specific client group providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR issues, and supports the overall site in HR policy administration.
• Partners with Recruiting, Training, and Operations teams supporting onboarding new employees and administering policies to aid in success; facilitates New Employee Orientation sessions.
• Administers HR programs related to the employee lifecycle including new employee orientation, leave management, workplace safety, benefits, compensation, performance management, HRIS, and employee records.
• Supports HR related training and development for management.
• Collaborates with managers and supports initiatives related to employee satisfaction, engagement and retention.
