Job summary

ibex is seeking an HR Generalist to assist in leading HR functions for a customer contact center location, handling employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance management across non-exempt staff. This role partners with managers to implement best practices in HR programs and to support ethics and confidentiality in a dynamic environment.

The position emphasizes onboarding, leave management, safety, and HRIS administration while supporting management development and staff engagement

Qualifications

College degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Two years of experience in Human Resources focused on employee relations and administration of multiple HR disciplines; HR certifications helpful.
Business experience in telecommunications, call center, or customer service industry preferred.
Knowledge of federal and state regulations, EEOC, FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, benefits, and HR policy administration.

Responsibilities

Supports HR policies and procedures, and employee relations for a client group.
Supports onboarding and policy administration; facilitates New Employee Orientation sessions.
Administers HR programs for the employee lifecycle: orientation, leave, safety, benefits, compensation, performance, HRIS, and records; ensures compliance.
Supports HR-related training and management development.
Collaborates with managers to improve employee engagement and retention.
