Job summary

Elbit America, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to implement HR policies and advise managers and employees on HR questions across benefits, leave programs, and regulatory compliance.

The role supports multiple sites and has the latitude to resolve issues within policy and benefit guidelines. You will work with vendors and internal teams to administer benefits, ensure data accuracy, and drive onboarding and training programs while contributing to a high-performing HR function in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4 years functional experience may substitute.
• 1-3 years of functional HR experience required.
• Training prerequisites (Within One Year of Taking Position): ESD and Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Administer and provide assistance to employees for all benefit plans (401(k), HSA, COBRA, etc.).
• Manage LOA/FMLA and STD/LTD programs with third-party administrator.
• Oversee Worker's Comp coordination and incident handling.
• Ensure payroll files include accurate benefit deductions and deferrals.
• Answer HR inquiries via calls, emails, and tickets with timely service.
• Coordinate new employee benefit enrollment and annual re-enrollment processes.
• Support benefit program projects and wellness initiatives.
