NOVA Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the ReedHycalog Business Unit. This role focuses on employee relations, policy administration, and compliance across the business unit with management collaboration to promote engagement and productivity.

Responsibilities include payroll support, timekeeping coordination, training facilitation, and full lifecycle HR activities from recruitment to offboarding. A proactive, confidential approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HR or a related field.
• Ability to travel within the US quarterly or as required.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of state and federal HR laws and ensure compliance.
• Advise management on employee relations and policy resolutions.
• Support payroll activities and timekeeping coordination.
• Manage full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare data reports and organize manager trainings.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity in investigations.
