Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7–9 years HR experience, or a Master’s in HRM with 3 years experience.
• Experience with state and federal laws related to Employee Relations; CEBS/PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Proven ability to manage benefits programs and HR processes across departments.

Responsibilities

• Administers health and welfare plans including enrollments and terminations.
• Processes documents through payroll and insurance providers for accurate record keeping and deductions.
• Responds to employee questions and resolves issues.
• Manages annual Open Enrollment process.
• Processes monthly billing from insurance providers.
• Reviews billings for accuracy and codes.
• Resolves discrepancies with carriers and payroll.
• Completes reports for management.
• Advises managers on HR issues, compliance and best practices.
• Leads Leave Management including FMLA and USERRA.
• Manages foreign workerProgram (H2B/J1) with recruiters and associations.
• Maintains employee retention programs and coordinates events.
