Therm-x of California is seeking an HR Generalist to support and administer a broad range of human resources functions in our Hayward facility. The role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, compliance, training, and engagement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates are organized, confidential, and capable of balancing priorities while delivering practical HR guidance to managers and staff under applicable laws.

Formación

• Requires knowledge of CA employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, workers’ compensation, and performance management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for confidential situations.

Responsabilidades

• Support and administer HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, workers’ compensation, offboarding, performance management, compliance, training, and engagement.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain HR files, ensure legal compliance, and assist with audits and reporting.
• Coordinate training needs and maintain employee handbook updates.
