Therm-x of California is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support and administer a broad set of HR functions. You will handle employee relations, recruitment, workers’ compensation administration, offboarding, performance management, compliance, training, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of handling confidential matters while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, workers’ compensation, performance management, benefits administration, HR operations.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact, professionalism.
• Knowledge of CA employment laws.
