Qualifikationen

• 3+ years progressive HR experience.
• 2 years investigation experience.
• Excellent knowledge of State’s Employment laws.
• Must be able to pass extensive background check.
• Travel required between facilities.
• Legal knowledge and understating of HR practices and policies.
• Transportation experience is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve labor relations issues and grievances for both union and non-union employees.
• Collaborate with site leadership on HR decisions and ensure delivery of high-quality HR processes.
• Represent the Company at hearings when needed.
• Develop and implement HR policies in accordance with the CBA and company guidelines.
• Lead talent management, recruiting, and onboarding activities.
• Manage leave administration and compliance with federal and state laws.
• Support performance management and employee development programs.
