Qualifications

• Experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, able to work independently.
• Strong experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of ADA accommodations and leaves of absence.
• Ability to coach and influence leaders in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, policy interpretation.
• Manage workplace investigations and document findings.
• Support ADA accommodations and leave-of-absence processes.
• Coach leaders and strengthen employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and ER on initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.
