Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP or similar) preferred.
• 3+ years of HR or employee relations experience required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance to employees and leaders.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, conflicts, and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
• Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws to ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee relations programs and training.
• Collaborate with HR to analyze trends and support engagement and retention.
