SEKISUI Aerospace in Sumner, WA is seeking an HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, benefits, and records. This exempt, salaried position supports management with HR policy implementation and compliance in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR (or AA with relevant experience) and 3–5 years of HR experience, with proficiency in ADP Payroll and attendance systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 3–5 years of HR experience required.
• Experience with ADP Payroll and Attendance Enterprise preferred.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and counsel to management on employee relations issues.
• Administer, coordinate, and track approved LOAs, FMLA, light duty, and Worker’s Compensation programs.
• Assist in managing employee records and employment documents, including onboarding, benefits, and termination documents.
