Responsibilities

• Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations to employees and management.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day employee relation issues.
• Represent the company for unemployment claims.
• Interview, screen and recruit job applicants to fill openings.
• Review applications and interview applicants to match experience with requirements.
• Handle benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage and conduct new employee orientations.
• Perform exit interviews and process termination paperwork including COBRA.
