Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• At least 1 year HR experience required.
• HR Investigations experience required.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite; Smartsheet and Oracle preferred.
• Able to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must consent to pre-employment screening (drug test and background check).

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Maintain and update employee records for compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare reports and track HR processes across multiple software platforms.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
