Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is conducting a direct hire search for an entry to mid-level HR Generalist in the Madison area. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, growth opportunities, and a range of additional perks with a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or Associate for HR Coordinator), and a strong desire to grow within HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree for consideration for Generalist level; Associate for HR Coordinator level.
• 2-5 years HR related work experience preferred, but recent graduates with HR internship experience will be considered.
• Previous experience working for a manufacturing company ideal
• Ability to handle the fast-paced and high demand work load of HR within manufacturing
• Interest in growth in an HR career

We are currently conducting a Direct Hire search for an entry to mid - level HR Generalist to join the team of our client, a manufacturing company in the Madison area.

Schedule:This is a full-time onsite day shift role working within a manufacturing company with 3 shifts - candidates need to be able to support off shifts as needed.

Comp:$75 - $90k BOE
