Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply seeks a Talent Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations at the Distribution Center in Winter Haven, FL, ensuring a workforce that meets DC needs. You will engage stakeholders, manage employee records, support recruitment/interviews, onboarding, and benefits administration, and help drive talent strategy and culture with the Talent Leader and leadership team.

This role emphasizes HR transactions, data analysis for KPIs, and collaboration to drive a culture of care,

Qualifications

3+ years HR-related experience, including at least 1 year in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple operations.
Experience with HRIS and payroll concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support Talent Leader in executing recruitment initiatives and coordinating interview logistics.
Oversee HR records management and analyze data for KPIs.
Drive employee engagement and address employee relations timely, reflecting Chick-fil-A Supply values.
Advise team leaders on employment law, regulations, and policies (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp).
Coordinate payroll administration and resolve issues for staff and leaders.
Support training sessions and onboarding activities as needed.
